BEING over 18 years of age HEREBY AGREE to act as guarantor of the Tenant mentioned below in respect of all of the Tenant’s financial obligations arising under the Tenancy Agreement, details of which are specified below in respect of the Premises or any subsequent Tenancy Agreement in respect thereof.

I acknowledge this guarantee is given without prejudice to the rights of the Landlord against the Tenant.

I agree to pay to the Landlord on demand, all sums for which the Tenant named below is liable to the Landlord in respect of The Tenancy Agreement and whether or not the Tenant can afford to pay and whether or not there is any other guarantor.

I have been told to take independent legal advice or see the Citizen’s Advice Bureau if I am in any doubt about my obligations and liabilities under the Guarantee Agreement.

I acknowledge that if I do not satisfy all the above criteria, I will not be accepted as a Guarantor by the Landlord. I agree to notify the Landlord if at any time my circumstances or address change. I realise that the Landlord places reliance on the information I give and I confirm it is true in all respects.
