We aim to offer a simple affordable solution for single people in finding suitable accommodation of a good and safe standard.

We have a wide range of properties in Cheltenham and Gloucester which all exceed the requirements for Houses in Multiple Occupation ( HMO ) standards and registration criteria with the local Universities and Colleges.

We are registered landlords with the University of Gloucestershire and our properties are regularly inspected by them as a result.

We are also members of the National Landlords Association and subscribe to their accommodation standards and professional code of conduct.

All our rental rates are fully inclusive of water rates, gas and electricity. In most cases Broadband and Council Tax is also included.

All rooms are on a single occupancy basis, and are offered fully furnished, most are furnished with double beds.

Shared facilities usually include bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, common room and gardens although some properties have these as self contained.
